Card Idea - Ghouled Dog

I have always thought that while City Gangrel may not have much in the way of Animalism, they probably use things like dogs as their 'disposable' bodyguards, spies and lookouts.  Also, since City Gangrel aren't always much good (Celerity, Obfuscate & Protean make you good for ambushing, but in VTES being able to ambush someone is kind of useless) it seemed like they needed some City Buddies to help them out with their street-fighting-ambushes so that when they go after a vampire they take them down.  So I came up with the following card idea: The Ghouled Dog.
