Card Idea - The Right Tool for the Right Job

I went trawling through various places online (such as www.epilogue.net) for artwork to create...
First, I'd clarify where from do you equip. I presume it is from your hand, but it still needs that explanation, IMHO.
Secondly, I kinda don't like that 'can't play VC'as I don't like that new trend where cards nerf specific cards. Rather make its cost 2X and without further rules. That way you can play VC and not benefit that much.
Thirdly, I'm not sure about rounding down the cost - I don't like seeing free Ivory Bows and such. If it were to me, since you also get potential to make multiple worth of actions with a single card, I'd round that cost up.
The idea was: Take this one POLITICAL action to grab X items of equipment from your hand or library (I'll probably need to edit that part in... forgot about it when I was knocking it up). Yes it allows people to get a LOT of cheap equipment, hence why I don't want people going for an extreme-double-dipping. I don't want people going for 7+ items of equipment, paying half-cost AND getting a refill + 2 pool... that's WAY too overpowered.
